Marketing and outreach, when done with the right care and strategy tends to feel like magic. It can amplify your messaging, your sales, and of course increase overall business awareness.
However, what doesn’t feel like magic is when certain platforms you use don’t connect and then you have to step in with some manual processes. That’s where Zapier comes into play. At its core, Zapier is just a way to connect two different softwares that may not naturally communicate with each other. Zapier integrates with 5000+ different platforms, which means that most of what you need to run your business can also now connect with LoopSpark.
To use Zapier language, the first thing you’ll want to do is create a “zap,” which is the connection of one platform to another.
Of course if you’re looking for more information or details about this process, we suggest going straight to the Zapier pro’s by reaching out to their support team.
1. Lead Generation Ads: Meta & Google. Part of running any business is generating new leads and one of the most common ways that is done is through Lead Gen Ads. By building a Zapier connection with your ad accounts, you can have new participants enter your digital ecosystem and be retargeted to based on your timeline and strategy.
2. Email Newsletter Sign-Ups. Depending on the platform you’ve chosen to use for your website, you can now also connect those forms to LoopSpark. In real life this helps cut out the manual process of checking in on form sign-ups from the back-end of your website and uploading them. Now it’s all automatic. One of our favorite marketing uses for this is to quickly email or text them back with a list of topics they are most interested in so you can tag them and make sure you’re sharing information with the right segments of your audience.
3. Connect to Google Sheets. At first glance, this may seem like a mediocre connection but depending on your overall marketing funnel, you may actually want to zap into Google Sheets from multiple sources. Then, from that one database you can send information into LoopSpark. This tactic could come in handy if you do want multiple sources of data coming into LoopSpark but you want to make sure you know where the lead originally came in from.
4. Connect to Quizzes. This form of marketing is on the rise again so if you are using another platform outside of the native Forms & Waivers within LoopSpark, you’ll also be able to push information about your newest quiz-takers into your all-in-one Marketing CRM!
5. Connect to Landing Pages. This is another powerhouse utilization. As the digital marketing landscape changes, you may or may not be running ads but you are driving traffic to a landing page or special offer. Well, now all those interested participants can be sent directly to LoopSpark for fast follow-ups while they’re still a “hot" lead.
These are just 5 of the 5000+ possible Zapier connections. Don’t let the many, many options overwhelm you but rather, make a list of what platforms you currently use for your business and focus on those connections to start.
Effectively, we want you to answer the question of, “What is your tech stack?” Then, for each platform you list, go back and ask yourself if there are any manual processes involved and if there are, write “zap,” next to it. After that, hop onto Zapier to see how you might take some administrative duties off your plate by building an automation. The goal of this is to streamline your business so you can work smarter, not harder.
